Football FanCast brings you the latest Tottenham Hotspur transfer round-up as they aim to improve their squad over the summer.
Ange Postecoglou will likely have been disappointed in the club's failure to qualify for the Champions League, with the Lilywhites' late-season form seeing Aston Villa sneak in with a game to spare.
Nevertheless, with more games in Europe next season and the need to improve on their showing in 2023/24, key additions over the next few weeks will be paramount.
Here is the latest on Spurs' reported transfer targets, as well as confirmed incomings and outgoings at Hotspur Way.
Latest Spurs transfer rumours Transfers in
Victor Osimhen: Spurs are hoping to secure a players-plus-cash deal in order to bring Victor Osimhen to N17. With a potential offer on its way to Naples from Chelsea that includes Romelu Lukaku, it appears that Tottenham could look to trump that by offering multiple players in a bid of their own.
This would also presumably bring any final price down, with the Nigerian's release clause believed to be north of £100m.
Federico Chiesa: Tottenham are thought to be leading the race for Juventus star Federico Chiesa, despite facing competition from the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool. There is a reported £25m price tag on the Italian, whose contract expires next year. It is believed Juve are hoping to get as much as they can for Chiesa this summer to avoid losing him for nothing in 2025.
Michael Kayode: Spurs could score a bargain in a deal for Fiorentina defender Michael Kayode. Despite the Serie A outfit previously demanding around £25m to prise him away, it appears that Tottenham could now do a deal closer to £17m. However, Postecoglou's side are not the only interested party, with the likes of Aston Villa and Newcastle United among those keeping tabs.
Victor Gyokeres: Tottenham have registered an interest in Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres, according to reports. The Swede will cost a lot of money, with his £86m release clause sure to set back most teams pretty heavily. However, having scored nearly 50 goals last term, you could argue it's a long-term investment worth paying.

Ivan Toney: Reports in the past week stated that Brentford striker Ivan Toney is keen for Tottenham to table a bid. This particular trail appears to have gone a bit cold, and with other strikers above in the frame, it looks like Spurs are prioritising other targets.
Transfers out
Emerson Royal: Spurs full-back Emerson Royal has reportedly agreed terms with Milan, with talks between the clubs thought to be at an advanced stage. Previous reports had claimed that a bid as high as £12.6m plus add-ons is being agreed on, with a transfer seemingly imminent.
Sergio Reguilon: Spanish full-back Sergio Reguilon appears to have no future at Spurs, and could join one of his former clubs this summer. Recent reports have suggested that Sevilla have made contact over a potential move, while it was previously stated that a return to Manchester United would appeal to the defender. Either way, it looks like both parties would prefer to see some movement before the window closes.
Richarlison: Spurs are not actively looking to sell Richarlison this summer, according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge. He believes that only a big bid would make Spurs consider a deal, and while there has been interest from Saudi Arabia, no offer has been forthcoming and the feeling is that the Brazilian isn't exactly hoping for a way out.
Latest Spurs transfers 2024/25
Spurs have made a key long-term addition by bringing in Leeds starlet Archie Gray to the club for £30m. They had previously seen off the likes of Barcelona for the signature of Lucas Bergvall in what is a promising start to their summer business.
There have been plenty of outgoings as well, with Eric Dier and Ivan Perisic seeing their January moves being made permanent, while Joe Rodon has also signed permanently with Leeds United following a fine season at Elland Road. Ryan Sessegnon and Japhet Tanganga are among those to be released upon the expiry of their contracts.
Bryan Gil has headed out on another loan, this time to Champions League outfit Girona, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg also heading to the continent, linking up with ex-Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi at Marseille.
